Who we are

Raccoon Ventures Inc. is a company in Montréal, Québec. This policy covers raccoonv.com. Jp Valery is the person in charge of protecting your personal information. You can reach him at contact@raccoonv.com.

What we collect

When you send the coupon on our home page, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you ticked, and your message.

To count visits, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. It records the page you view, the site that sent you, and your country, browser, and type of device. When you send the coupon, it also records that a coupon was sent and its topic, but not what you wrote. This site uses no advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use your information only to answer you and to follow up on your request. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

The coupon reaches us as an email sent through Resend, our email provider. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs to run the service and provides the visit counts above. Both may process data outside Québec.

How long we keep it

We keep the email in our mailbox as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of our conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to contact@raccoonv.com and we will answer within 30 days.
